As one listed company on the H.K. Ex., Shanghai Prime Machinery Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 2345.HK) always devotes ourselves to the healthy development of fasteners line in China. The former Shanghai Fasteners I/E Co., Ltd., established in 1980, was one of the largest fasteners manufacturers and exporters in China. Total revenue of exportation in 2007 totaled USD168 million. With over 28 years' experience, business connections have been set up with more than 570 oversea customers in 93 countries and regions around the globe.

Our company uses a web-based enterprise software management program by UFIDA to improve efficiency. It also invested USD 6 million in computer-controlled automatic multilayer shelves that can hold 27,000 pallets in a 4,000sqm area. Our company also owns an 83,000sqm processing center, including 4 workshops: 120 sets Made-in-Taiwan machines in cold forming workshop, 8 lines in heat treatment workshop, 5 lines in plating workshop and 2 automatic packaging lines in the last workshop. The plant also houses an inspection center including full sets of QC equipment. Our company is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified. It is also one of the few China makers in fastener industry to receive OHSAS 18001 approval.

Our main products are: bolts, screws, nuts, machine screws, plain washers, spring lock washers, wood screws, tapping screws, chipboard screws, furniture screws, rivets and many other hardware products, over 25,000 models made of carbon steel, alloy and stainless steel, aluminum, brass or other special materials. For finishing, we provide: black oxide, zinc electroplating Cr+3, phosphate, mechanical galvanization, hot dip galvanization, Dacromet and others. The products are produced in conformity with DIN, ANSI, AS, BS, JIS, GB, ISO or nonstandard specifications or against customers' requirements, in grades 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, A2-50, A2-70 and A4-70.
